Client records, treatment courses, appointments, cash book, inventory, staff and reports in one system. Front-desk sales still come from our previous point-of-sale software and are imported every day while we replace it.

Answers the owner’s and managers’ questions from live clinic data and sends a morning and an evening report.

Replies to routine client messages on Zalo with answers the clinic has approved, and hands anything sensitive to staff.

AI skin analysis

Reads images from our Bloom Visage skin scanner and drafts a report and a follow-up message. Staff review every message, and progress comes only from the scanner’s own scores.

How we handle client data

  • Masked before AIClient names and phone numbers are masked automatically before text is sent to an AI model.
  • Private photo storageSkin photos are kept in private storage, never behind a public link, and are sent only to first-party model providers.
  • No unreviewed AI writingChat replies are built from answers the clinic has approved, and skin reports drafted by AI go out only after staff review.
  • Consent firstClients sign on the clinic iPad before their photos are kept, and can withdraw consent in the client app.
  • Access by roleStaff see only what their role needs, and only the owner can export the client list.
  • Advertising rules built inClient-facing messages are checked against Vietnamese advertising rules, such as the ban on promising guaranteed results.
